  • What info should I include with my order?
    • Start with the year, make, and model, then add anything that tells your car’s story. Helpful details include trim/package, engine & transmission, key mods, wheels/tires, awards, and the photos you’d like featured. You can also share preferred colors, event date/deadline, and any must-include text (owner name/IG handle, link to create a QR Code, etc.).

      Quick checklist:

      • Year, Make & Model (and trim/package)
      • Engine / transmission • key performance mods
      • Exterior & interior highlights (paint color/code, wheels/tires, suspension, badges)
      • Awards, club affiliation, show class (optional)
      • 3–8 high-resolution photos (images you own)
      • Preferred colors/style and any must-include text
      • Event date or deadline (if applicable)
      • Optional: link to create a QR Code you want on the board

  • What are the best pictures I should send?
    • Choosing the right photos is the most important step—large posters need high-resolution images. Originals straight from your camera or phone work best (no screenshots or social-media downloads).

      What to send (ideal):

Resolution: 3000–6000px on the long side (10MP+)
Formats: JPG, PNG, RAW or HEIC (no PDFs or screenshots)
Quantity: 3–8 favorites (you can send more for options)
Hero shots: Hood down, clean background, front 3/4 & rear 3/4 angles; rolling shots welcome
Lighting: Soft light (golden hour or overcast); avoid harsh midday glare/deep shadows
Framing: Leave space around the car to help with layout/cropping
Details (optional): Interior, engine bay, wheels/badges for small callouts

      What to avoid:

Low-res files, heavy filters, blurry photos, busy/cluttered backgrounds, screenshots and pictures downloaded from social meadia sites like Facebook or Instagram.

  • Can I have more than one picture on my car show poster/sign?
    • Absolutely—multiple photos are welcome. Send as many as you like, and we’ll curate the best high-resolution images for your layout. Most posters look great with 1–3 hero shots plus a few detail photos (wheels, interior, engine, badges). If you have a favorite image you want featured, let us know and we’ll prioritize it.

      Tips for great results

      • Use originals at 3000–6000px (no screenshots/social downloads).
      • Include clean background angles (front and rear 3/4, hood down); rolling shots are welcome.
      • Add a few close-ups for small callouts.

We’ll collaborate with you to ensure the final selection prints crisp and looks show-ready.

  • What picture formats are the best to use?
    • Best formats: High-resolution JPG or PNG (original files straight from your phone/camera). RAW files & HEIC from iPhone is also acceptable—we can convert it.

Avoid: Photos downloaded from Facebook, Instagram, or image-hosting sites. These services apply heavy compression that removes fine detail and can look soft or blocky when printed at poster size.

      Quick tips

      • Resolution: 3000–6000 px (10MP+)
      • No screenshots or social-media downloads
      • Minimal edits—avoid heavy filters/effects
